Cheri is an experienced Realtor® and Office Manager, has spent time in the Mortgage Industry, has been coaching full-time since 2001, and has been in the Real Estate Industry in some capacity since 1988.  She knows and understand first hand how frustrating it can be to keep working harder and harder and still fall short of your desired results. Coaching gives real estate professionals like you a whole new perspective on situations, problems and goals. That insight, combined with coaching's unique partnership with goal-oriented individuals allows for quantum leaps to the next level of success in business and in life.

Cheri Alguire is certified through the Coach Training Alliance and has attended the School of Small Business Coaching and Graduate School of Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the IAC and CoachVille.

Cheri is also a working mother of three teenagers and works to apply the principals of life balance that she coaches her clients on in her own life. Having relocated from her native Minnesota, Cheri now resides in Orange County, California where she enjoys the world's best weather year-round.
