Cheri Alguire Author, Speaker, Trainer and Business Coach Cheri Alguire has partnered with hundreds of Real Estate Professionals including agents, owners, brokers, managers, assistants, loan officers,title closers, and moms to help them become more successful in business and in life.

Cheri is an experienced Realtor® and Office Manager, has spent time in the Mortgage Industry, has been coaching full-time since 2001, and has been in the Real Estate Industry in some capacity since 1988.  She knows and understand first hand how frustrating it can be to keep working harder and harder and still fall short of your desired results. Coaching gives real estate professionals like you a whole new perspective on situations, problems and goals. That insight, combined with coaching's unique partnership with goal-oriented individuals allows for quantum leaps to the next level of success in business and in life.

Cheri Alguire is certified through the Coach Training Alliance and has attended the School of Small Business Coaching and Graduate School of Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the IAC and CoachVille.

Cheri is also a of three teenagers and works to apply the principals of life balance that she coaches her clients on in her own life. Having relocated from her native Minnesota, Cheri now resides in Orange County, California where she enjoys the world's best weather year-round.

Cheri Alguire Tami Deland and Steve Hansen are Top Producing Agents and Trainers with Coldwell Banker Burnet in Minnesota as well as Speakers nationwide. They manage the top producing team in Central Minnesota with three buyer agents and one licensed assistant, closing between 125 and 150 transactions a year.

Members of Coldwell Banker Burnet’s President's Club, they consistently rank in NRT’s top 1% of agents nationwide, and in 2006 were awarded 5th in the nation for buyer-controlled sides.

Their speaking venues have included NAR, IBC and brokerages across the country. In addition they have been featured in David Knox’s Real Estate Live!  DVD series.
