Coach Cheri Alguire
Author, Speaker, Trainer and Business Coach Cheri Alguire has partnered with hundreds of Real Estate Professionals including agents, owners, brokers, managers, assistants, loan officers,title closers, and moms to help them become more successful in business and in life.

Cheri is an experienced Realtor® and Office Manager, has spent time in the Mortgage Industry, has been coaching full-time since 2001, and has been in the Real Estate Industry in some capacity since 1988.  She knows and understand first hand how frustrating it can be to keep working harder and harder and still fall short of your desired results. Coaching gives real estate professionals like you a whole new perspective on situations, problems and goals. That insight, combined with coaching's unique partnership with goal-oriented individuals allows for quantum leaps to the next level of success in business and in life.

Cheri Alguire is certified through the Coach Training Alliance and has attended the School of Small Business Coaching and Graduate School of Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the IAC and CoachVille.

Cheri is also a working mother of three teenagers and works to apply the principals of life balance that she coaches her clients on in her own life. Having relocated from her native Minnesota, Cheri now resides in Orange County, California where she enjoys the world's best weather year-round.

Carol Kingman
Carol Kingman has assisted many professionals to become more successful in their business and life. As an experienced manager with a background in real estate, Carol knows it can be frustrating to work hard, and never quite achieve your goals. Coaching can be just what you need to step up your business, and give you new perspective to reach the goals of an entrepreneur that you strive for.

Partnering with goal-oriented individuals that can give you the insight you need to give you new perspective and handle problems that have been holding you back can boost your business to the next level.

Carol is a Real Estate Broker with years of experience in real estate sales, and managing and coaching new and experienced real estate agents to build their businesses to extreme levels. She has had numerous training classes and seminars, is a member of CRB Council of Real Estate Brokers, has had 4 years of personal life and buniness coaching herself, has been involved with Soul-Care, and a member of Coachville.

Carol, husband Bob, and their 4 children relocated from the Boston area to sunny Arizona 20 years ago. She retired from a nursing background to join her husband in the real estate business. It has been an exciting roller coaster ride ever since. Now that her children have grown, and gone on with their own lives, Carol is concentrating on sharing her experiences as a mother and wife of 30 years to help individuals create and reach their career goals while finding the balance in their life.
 
Katrina Eileen
Katrina has been in the real estate industry since 1998.  Initially, she obtained her license to acquire personal investments such as rental properties and land to develop.  However, after making very lucrative investments individually, she realized that she wanted to help others do the same. 

Katrina got to work and developed one of the top producing teams in her region. Annually Katrina was recognized as one of the top producing agents in her brokerage.  In August 2007, she received the distinction of being honored as one of the 50 up-and-coming agents in the nation by RISMedia.  Additionally, she was identified as being part of an elite group of agents in the Puget Sound Region when she was given the 2008 Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award by Seattle Magazine.

What is important to Katrina is making a tangible difference for her clients.  She believes that anything is possible for you and your life.  Her passion is in coaching her clients to identify what it is that they really want, partnering with them to create a specific plan to reach those goals, and helping them identify and remove the barriers so they can experience the business and life of their dreams simply and naturally.

Katrina is a single mother of two brilliant children, Warren and Samira. She loves her life and loves being a mother.  Katrina's endeavor is to have her children experience life and this world as place where they simply know that anything is possible, that they make a difference and that they are the ones responsible for the impact that they have.
 
Tami DeLand and Steve Hansen
Tami Deland and Steve Hansen are Top Producing Agents and Trainers with Coldwell Banker Burnet in Minnesota as well as Speakers nationwide. They manage the top producing team in Central Minnesota with three buyer agents and one licensed assistant, closing between 125 and 150 transactions a year.

Members of Coldwell Banker Burnet’s President's Club, they consistently rank in NRT’s top 1% of agents nationwide, and in 2006 were awarded 5th in the nation for buyer-controlled sides.

Their speaking venues have included NAR, IBC and brokerages across the country. In addition they have been featured in David Knox’s Real Estate Live!  DVD series.

As experienced REALTORS® with a background in award-winning education and team building, Tami and Steve are experts at creating success in the areas of: Prospecting, Systems, Team Structure, Listing in any Market and Attracting and Servicing Buyers.  Steve serves on the Board of Directors of the local REALTOR® association, and Tami serves on the Minnesota Professional Standards Committee.
